Shipping, Return and refund policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We at paramupyog.com know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver the products as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- No Cash on Delivery available as of now.
- The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped, usually within 3-10 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the order.
- The delivery provider will make 2 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
www.paramupyog.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any case that is beyond the control of the Company.
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Priority Shipping (Where Applicable)
This is a service at additional costs - costs vary based on the product and the pin-code where it needs to be shipped.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, paramupyog.com will not be liable for the same.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and keep the prices fair, all items are FINAL SALE.
All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +919577005566 (10AM-7PM) or write to us on info@paramupyog.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 24 hours of the product being delivered along with package opening video and pictures. The same shall be returned to us within 5 days, else paramupyog.com will not be liable to accept the product.
paramupyog.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company's policy, which may be changed by paramupyog.com from time to time.
No exchange/return shall be entertained for the products purchased during SPECIAL SALE i.e. the occasional or festive sales.
CANCELLATIONS
We shall not be able to process the cancellation as all order/orders are instantly processed automatically.
In any special case if the customer finds a need to cancel/return the order (upon approval by team paramupyog), a 5% (Cancellation)[Store and payment gateway charges] or 5% [Store and payment gateway charges] and both way shipping (Return) shall be deducted from the refund (amount paid by the client).
